01 — BRIEF
We review your collection, quantities, materials, target price and delivery requirements.
02 — DEVELOP
We assess garment construction, technical feasibility and materials, then develop patterns and source suitable fabrics and components.
03 — SAMPLE
A first sample is developed, cut and sewn for fit, construction and workmanship review, followed by technical corrections.
04 — PREPARE
Size set, pre-production sample and technical approvals establish the production standard.
05 — PLAN
Materials, markers, cutting, operations and capacity are organised before production starts.
06 — MANUFACTURE
Cutting, sewing, pressing and finishing are carried out by experienced teams in Portugal.
07 — CONTROL
Measurements, construction and workmanship are checked throughout production and at final inspection.
08 — FINISH & PACK
Garments are pressed, finished and packed according to the brand’s specifications.
09 — DELIVER
Final orders are prepared for collection or coordinated shipping to the agreed destination.
